Multisite Maintenance Technician - West End District/Lineage

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for its West End District and Lineage at Willow Creek properties. The role covers technical and mechanical work that keeps the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner, including appliance repairs
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins through the make-ready process
• Maintain the cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
• Assist with vendor management and other duties

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry-level carpentry, appliance repair and basic plumbing
• Professionalism in manner and dress
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite
