Multiple Subject Teacher – Elementary School

About the role

The Manteca Unified School District is seeking a qualified Multiple Subject Teacher for Joseph Widmer Elementary School. This position involves delivering instruction across several subjects to elementary students in a classroom setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons for multiple subjects in accordance with district curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support learning.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school administrators and fellow teachers.

Required profile

• Valid Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (including subject description, expiration date, and EL Authorization).
• Letter of interest, resume, and two recent letters of recommendation.
• Unofficial transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
• For pre‑interns: letter from current credential program and EL Authorization proof.
• Pre‑employment TB clearance and fingerprinting (employee cost if hired).
