About the role
The Multi-Site Supervisor oversees daily operations across several food‑service locations, working closely with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to ensure efficient kitchen performance, financial health, and compliance with nutrition standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations at assigned sites, maintaining quality, safety, and USDA/NSLP compliance.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff on operational efficiency and financial accountability.
- Share and explain key performance indicators (KPIs) with kitchen managers to meet budget targets.
- Manage inventory control, reduce waste, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Handle cash transactions and deposits where applicable.
- Collaborate with AGM and GM on operational planning, staff development, and training programs.
- Assist in reviewing financial reports to maintain budget compliance.
- Act as liaison between district administrators and kitchen staff.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Minimum three years of food‑service experience, preferably in school nutrition.
- Proven ability to manage and direct staff.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb and standing for extended periods.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Google Apps – Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms.
