Multi-Site Service Supervisor – Drum Hill/Boston Post Road

About the role

The Multi-Site Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine maintenance issues in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential property setting.
• Ability to diagnose defects, prioritize work orders, and oversee make‑ready activities.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and Greystar’s operational policies.
