Multi-Market Account Executive

About the role

iHeartMedia, the number one audio company in America, is hiring a Multi-Market Account Executive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role combines in-person client meetings, daily cold calling and the cultivation of existing business across iHeart's broadcast and digital marketing products. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the broadcast and digital marketing products and identify new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and research.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver data-backed sales presentations and use storytelling to meet clients' expectations.

Required profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator and proactive; comfortable with cold calling and outreach to prospects.
• Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and persuasive communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Digital/media sales experience is a plus; a well-connected market presence is also a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Use of social networking platforms.
• Nice to have: multi-platform campaign management, analytics experience, iHeart or audio advertising background.
