Multi Center Supervisor

About the role

Lead with purpose, empower teams and make an impact at BTA. The Multi Center Supervisor oversees daily center operations, supports staff and ensures a positive experience for the families we serve.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness.
• Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs.
• Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.
• ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or childcare experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel between BTA centers as needed.
