MRO Support Specialist – Customer Experience

About the role

As an MRO Support Specialist you will act as the primary liaison between Airbus Helicopters’ internal maintenance shops and external customers. You will manage the full lifecycle of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul activities, ensuring timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create sales and service orders to initiate repair and overhaul processes.
• Maintain accurate work‑in‑progress records and update status information.
• Process shop warranty claims in line with company guidelines and report outcomes.
• Coordinate with sales managers and other internal teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
• Support internal repair and warranty activities, representing approximately 40% of the role.
