MRI Technologist – Coral Springs FHC Surgery Center

About the role

The Coral Springs Family Health and Surgery Center, part of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine MRI examinations for patients of all ages. This PRN position works weekend days on a 24‑hour schedule, providing a supportive environment where you can use the latest imaging technology while delivering compassionate patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate patient screening safety forms and educate patients about MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI equipment to perform routine, emergent, invasive, and special imaging studies according to protocols and physician orders.
• Maintain equipment, report malfunctions promptly, and ensure proper orientation and contacts.
• Handle electronic data transmission, provide timely copies of imaging studies, and keep the work area stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with department leadership to achieve goals, assist new personnel, and support other associates as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and credentialed by ARRT, ARMRIT, or CNMT in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Preferred: minimum two years of imaging technologist experience in an acute‑care setting.
