Momentum Financials Technical Subject Matter Expert

About the role

CACI is seeking an experienced Momentum Financials Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a mission-critical program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The role architects, executes and sustains the technical infrastructure and data lifecycle of a cross-agency financial systems migration, ensuring data integrity, secure integrations and modernized architecture. It is a full-time, regular position with no travel required, and requires Top Secret clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and run ETL of legacy financial data with zero data loss and strict USSGL mapping
• Design and implement secure interfaces (APIs, web services, batch processing) between Momentum and federal systems such as Treasury and procurement portals
• Oversee the Momentum architecture, including server configuration, database performance tuning and patch management
• Lead Tier 3 troubleshooting, analyze logs and resolve critical defects after migration
• Support cloud hosting transitions, analytics integrations and technical debt reduction
• Work with stakeholders so the architecture meets federal financial reporting and compliance requirements

Required profile

• Active Top Secret clearance, able to obtain and maintain SCI and pass a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of technical architecture, development or database administration of CGI Momentum Financials in federal environments
• Understanding of federal secure IT environments, including FedRAMP, ATO processes and data encryption

Required skills

• Relational databases (Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL and scripting
• Familiarity with Momentum's proprietary architecture and table structures
• Desired: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or equivalent cloud certification
• Desired: prior experience supporting financial systems, data migrations or databases for NRO or NGA
