Information Assurance III - Exercise Planning & Evaluation

About the role

CACI is hiring for an Information Assurance III position focused on exercise planning and evaluation. The role provides exercise planning, support and evaluation services that coordinate and ensure customer participation in Federal, DoD, IC Operations Center (NOC), ESC Red/Blue Teams, CTE Teams and other mission partners' cyber exercises. It also develops CSOC internal exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of training, tools, processes and procedures, including active exploitation testing. The position requires a minimum TS/SCI clearance and up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure CSOC participation in the planning and execution of all internal and external cyber or business continuity exercises.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate maximum participation of all CSOC personnel, government and contractor.
• Develop and run custom, realistic, scenario-based exercises to test training, tools, processes and procedures, including for shifts operating after duty hours.
• Maintain and provide the documentation needed to plan and run exercises and evaluations.
• Write after-action reports detailing each exercise and recommending improvements to the government.
• Provide input to the weekly CSOC Status Report.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed or directed by the government.

Required profile

• Minimum clearance required to start: TS/SCI.
• Desired: Master's degree.
