Molder Operator – Day Shift (7am‑7:15pm)

About the role

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Molder Operator to work the day shift in its Aiken, SC facility. You will be responsible for preparing and operating rubber injection molding equipment to produce high‑quality parts that meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Paint fiberglass rods with adhesive and pre‑heat them as required.
• Load rods up to 18 feet into molds, using overhead cranes and custom manipulators for larger items.
• Operate rubber injection molding machines, maintaining required productivity rates and quality standards.
• Perform 100 % trim and inspection of all parts, reporting any process issues to Process Technicians.
• Segregate scrap, complete daily paperwork, and uphold safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Good communication, reading, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to support other operations as needed and wear required PPE.
