Mobile Software Developer – Build Rental Apps

About the role

RentItems is creating a platform that enables individuals and businesses to rent and share assets through mobile devices. As a Mobile Software Developer you will design, build, and improve the mobile and web applications that power this marketplace, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve mobile and web applications.
• Deliver features on schedule using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to technical innovation and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
• At least 3 years of experience with HTML, SCSS, Material Design, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Xcode, React, Cordova, Angular, Firebase/Firestore, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record of launching apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
