Mission Critical QA/QC Lead / Manager

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Mission Critical QA/QC Lead / Manager to oversee quality programs for MEP and mission‑critical systems on data‑center and critical‑infrastructure projects in the Boise area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of QA/QC programs across MEP and mission‑critical systems.
• Implement inspection plans, enforce quality standards, and manage documentation, audits, deficiency tracking and punch‑list resolution.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure system readiness for energization, testing, turnover and closeout.
• Drive defect resolution and corrective actions before client turnover milestones.
• Communicate quality risks, trends and action items to project leadership and field teams.

Required profile

• Proven QA/QC leadership experience in construction, MEP, mission‑critical, data‑center or critical‑infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning readiness, turnover milestones and project specifications.
• Ability to lead quality conversations with field teams, project leadership, trades and commissioning groups.
• Excellent reporting, communication, organization and follow‑through skills.

What we offer

• Salary range $225,000‑$260,000 per year, based on experience.
