About the role
Join Cypress Church in Tallahassee, FL through Reliant, a faith‑based nonprofit that equips missionaries and ministry staff. This position supports the Great Commission by providing resources, training, and financial‑prayer support for ministry work.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a multi‑stage application process, including an initial application, ministry assessment, and moral conduct review.
- Participate in a local interview with church leadership and a final Reliant review.
- Collaborate with Reliant and the local church to reach a hiring decision.
- Engage in onboarding, which includes online (and possibly in‑person) training and HR paperwork.
Required profile
- Demonstrated readiness for a ministry role.
- Emotional and character‑based readiness for service in a faith‑centered environment.
- Willingness to commit time to complete each application stage without saving progress.
