About the role
Christy Minerals is seeking multiple Mill Operators/Baggers for immediate openings on the 3rd shift (11:30 pm – 7:30 am) at our High Hill, Missouri facility. This role involves handling raw material bags, operating mill equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Load, transport, and bag 50‑100 lb material bags throughout the shift.
- Operate mill equipment and monitor production flow.
- Shovel material as needed to keep processes running smoothly.
- Perform routine cleaning, remove buildup, and assist with general housekeeping.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.
Required profile
- Ability to perform frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy bags.
- Willingness to work overnight hours on a rotating 3rd‑shift schedule.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area.
