Mid-Market Account Executive - San Francisco

Aikido Security, founded in 2022, builds developer-first security products that reduce risk without slowing software delivery. It is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in San Francisco to own larger, more complex deals across scaling tech companies. The role combines product-led growth and consultative sales, works with technical buyers and broader stakeholder groups, and helps shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
• Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
• Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals
• Run structured discovery and value-based demos
• Partner with marketing, product and leadership on go-to-market initiatives
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene

Required profile

• 4-8+ years of closing experience in commercial / mid-market sales
• Proven success running multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong outbound, inbound and deal management skills
• Deep comfort selling technical SaaS; DevOps and dev tools experience is a big plus
• Self-directed, organized, highly accountable, with a strong ownership mindset
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking
