Mid-Level HUMINT Targeting Analyst

About the role

Bluehawk is looking for a Mid-Level HUMINT Targeting Analyst to support strategic HUMINT targeting and intelligence operations for U.S. Army INSCOM missions. The analyst will integrate all‑source intelligence, HUMINT operations, and collection‑management principles to develop targeting recommendations for senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence analysis to shape HUMINT collection efforts and targeting strategies.
• Produce detailed intelligence assessments, reports, white papers, and executive‑level briefings.
• Analyze operational requirements, intelligence gaps, and collection priorities to identify targeting opportunities.
• Develop recommendations for prioritizing HUMINT efforts aligned with INSCOM objectives.
• Prepare recurring targeting reports and present them in INSCOM MSC meetings.
• Engage with Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community stakeholders through analytical exchanges.
• Integrate all‑source intelligence to identify trends, patterns, and operational opportunities.
• Coordinate with HUMINT Collection Managers, analysts, operators, and mission partners for synchronized planning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of full‑time experience conducting strategic DoD or Intelligence Community HUMINT targeting.
• Completed a U.S. Government All‑Source Intelligence certification, HT‑JCOE Joint CI‑HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course, or DIA Targeting Officer/FHTC program.
• Demonstrated ability to apply advanced intelligence analysis methodologies to HUMINT operations.
