Mid-Level GitLab Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level GitLab Administrator to join Nalley Consulting at SOUTHCOM HQ. In this role you will manage GitLab repositories, enforce security controls, and support DevSecOps workflows for our software development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain GitLab repositories for version control, code collaboration, and documentation.
• Implement role‑based access controls (RBAC) to ensure only authorized personnel can modify repositories.
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines within GitLab.
• Produce the GitLab Access & Security Compliance Report documenting repository management and security policies.
• Troubleshoot repository issues and automate routine tasks to improve developer productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering GitLab in a secure DevSecOps environment.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline configuration and best practices.
• Experience with access‑control policies, automated testing frameworks, and software configuration management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and automate repository‑related problems.
