Mid-Level Associate Attorney (Litigation)

About the role

Kahn Yuniver Law, a dynamic litigation boutique in Brooklyn, is expanding its commercial practice. We are looking for a motivated Mid‑Level Associate Attorney to join a collaborative team handling complex commercial, employment, and class‑action matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑trial proceedings, discovery, motion practice, court conferences, and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, discovery motions, appellate briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct client interviews, intake contract requests, and perform legal research.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and keep partners informed of material developments.
• Exercise sound business and legal judgment while supporting a team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of New York litigation experience.
• Member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Drafting of pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
