Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Architect - Associate Director

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Associate Director for its Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity team in Seattle. The Associate Director leads client relationships and guides them through engagements, partnering with strategic clients to manage technology-related risk and to solve complex business problems through analytics, automation and modern tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new projects, help identify new business and act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
• Mentor teams and oversee the successful completion of project work plans
• Build lasting relationships with clients and within the community
• Translate client challenges into new project proposals and sales

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science)
• 9+ years of experience in professional services or industry, with strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 Security architecture and implementation
• Experience leading teams, including performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching
• Ability to build business relationships with senior executives and pursue new work

Required skills

• Expertise with the Microsoft 365 Security suite, including Microsoft Purview (IP, DLP, DLM, eDiscovery) across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange
• Experience with large and global M365 tenants
• Working knowledge of Entra, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Azure and Microsoft Graph
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, SC-900, CISSP or similar

What we offer

• Salary range of $163,000-$278,000, with a 16% bonus target and a total cash range of $189,080-$322,480
