Microsoft Platforms Developer

About the role

The Microsoft Platforms Developer will design, build, test, and maintain full‑stack web applications for a U.S. Combatant Command. Work will involve both classified and unclassified environments, supporting knowledge‑management services across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack applications using C#.Net, Angular or React, and SQL, following the Command’s technology stack.
• Create integration adapters and stateless REST/GraphQL services with proper versioning, authentication, and error handling.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated builds, tests, and gated pull requests.
• Build accessible, responsive UI components and ensure compliance with Department of War accessibility guidelines.
• Design low‑code solutions on Power Apps and Power Automate to automate business processes.
• Perform functional and security testing, document results, and support continuous improvement through telemetry and logs.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience with C#/.Net and a modern JavaScript framework.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with relational databases.
• Proven experience in source‑controlled CI/CD workflows and accessibility/security best practices.
