About the role
The Systems Analyst will support and enhance business application systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Time & Expense, and Microsoft SQL Server. This full‑time position works within an inclusive employment ecosystem supporting diverse talent.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in planning, design, documentation, implementation and support of complex business systems.
- Manage maintenance, patches, upgrades and overall health of business applications.
- Perform QA reviews of configurations for implementations or changes.
- Provide orientation, mentoring and training for application changes and enhancements.
- Monitor ticket queue and resolve Deltek product‑related issues, requests and changes.
Required profile
- B.A./B.S. degree with at least 5 years of experience supporting business applications.
- U.S. citizenship required for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
- Ability to work overtime, on‑call 24/7, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with SOX and Information Assurance programs
