Microservices Developer Consultant

About the role

Bluestone is looking for a Microservices Developer Consultant to design, build, test and maintain cloud‑native microservices and APIs for a variety of clients. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with senior engineers and global teams to deliver scalable backend solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud‑native microservices using serverless architectures.
• Develop, test, and maintain APIs that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Support multiple client projects across different time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud development and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and secure‑by‑design principles.
