Merchandising Representative

About the role

The Merchandising Representative will act as the face of the Celsius brand across grocery, specialty, health‑club and convenience stores in the Portland market. This field‑based position involves driving to accounts, setting up displays, and ensuring product availability while delivering an energetic brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays and signage.
• Visit target accounts Wednesday‑Sunday, negotiate PDQ and end‑cap placements with store managers.
• Maintain shelf, cold vault and cooler stock levels according to brand guidelines.
• Rotate backstock, place point‑of‑sale materials, and support new store openings or resets.
• Conduct product demos on request and capture weekly photos for reporting.
• Communicate sales leads and opportunities to the territory manager.
• Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts for weekly/monthly planning.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and successful Motor Vehicle Record screening.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Willingness to work a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule and travel within the assigned market.
• Ability to follow merchandising guidelines and store policies.
