Merchandiser – High Desert (Sign‑On Bonus $500)

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser in the High Desert region. You will be responsible for showcasing our brands in retail locations, building displays, and ensuring product availability. This full‑time role involves traveling to customer sites with your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Manage POS materials and ensure proper placement of merchandise.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to increase shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Continuously expand knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional judgment and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform frequent standing, bending, and ladder use.

• Hourly pay $21.60 – $23.35 (USD) based on experience.
• $500 sign‑on bonus.
