Merchandise Coordinator – Women’s Apparel

About the role

The Merchandise Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Merchandising team, ensuring data integrity and smooth execution across the product lifecycle for women’s apparel. You will manage purchase orders, track inventory, and produce sales reports while identifying workflow efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain accurate purchase orders from inception to delivery, keeping system data up‑to‑date.
• Manage departmental calendars and internal tracking tools to provide organized information for the team.
• Partner with Production and Supply Chain to monitor receipt flow, outstanding orders, and on‑time delivery.
• Create and distribute weekly selling decks and seasonal hindsight presentations for data‑driven decisions.
• Evaluate existing systems and workflows, propose formal improvements, and present recommendations to management.
• Conduct regular audits of product attributes to ensure 100% consistency across all platforms.
• Act as liaison between internal teams to maintain clear information flow and brand cohesion.
• Provide flexible administrative and project‑based support to the manager and wider team as needs evolve.
