Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth (Indiana)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is hiring a full-time, W2 Mental Health Therapist for its Lyra Care Therapy program. The program blends live video sessions with between-session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill-building tools, allowing therapists to deliver care from home or another preferred setting. The role suits a licensed clinician who wants continuous learning and works in a feedback-rich environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of diverse clinical needs
• Assign digital lessons, videos and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions
• Deliver culturally responsive care that meets clients' unique backgrounds and needs
• Take part in one-on-one and peer-group clinical consultation meetings and peer-based quality assurance reviews
• Attend training and receive expert consultation and support for complex cases

Required profile

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g. MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and clinical best practices
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Experience maintaining a full caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (about 30 bookable spots per week)
• Ability to work full-time, about 40 hours per week, and authorization to work in the United States

Required skills

• Literacy with computer and live video tools (Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
• Preferred: experience providing telehealth therapy
