Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is looking for an independently licensed clinical therapist to join its provider network, working as a 1099 contractor. The opportunity focuses on therapy for young children and requires in-person sessions. Clinicians are expected to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience with pediatric mental health therapy
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care
• Office space available to see clients in the South Burlington, VT area

Required skills

• Evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT
• Clinical best practices such as measurement-based care and promoting skills practice
