Membership Sales Advisor - Tysons Corner

About the role

Equinox is hiring Membership Sales Advisors for its state-of-the-art club in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Advisors sell club memberships and ancillary services, generate leads and secure member referrals, and must know and use all the club's services, programs and products. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and prospect new business and clients
• Host events and workshops to generate leads inside the club
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals
• Plan each month strategically, reaching out to prospective members and securing referrals
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to grow a referral base and retain members
• Display, know and participate in all the club's services, programs and products under the leadership of a General Manager and the support of a Regional Sales Manager and a sales team

Required profile

• Previous sales experience preferred
• An entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to work on an incentive-based salary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly
• Personal passion for health and fitness
• Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have a legal right to work in the United States
