Client Executive, Intelligence Community Accounts

About the role

NetApp is looking for a high-performing Client Executive to support U.S. Public Sector Intelligence Community (IC) accounts, specifically Westfields. The role drives new business growth and expands NetApp's footprint in classified environments. It suits a proactive federal sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, deep knowledge of IC procurement cycles and experience in complex, multi-stakeholder classified organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across named Intelligence Community accounts
• Identify and generate net-new pipeline within white space programs and expand the footprint in existing classified environments
• Lead customer engagements from discovery through proposal and close
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Cloud and partner teams
• Engage federal systems integrators to drive joint pipeline and capture efforts
• Deliver formal presentations and business cases aligned to mission outcomes
• Maintain active TS clearance and consistently meet or exceed quota

Required profile

• Active TS clearance (maintained); SCI preferred
• 8+ years meeting or exceeding quota in complex federal environments, including the Intelligence Community (Westfields)
• Experience navigating classified procurement processes and multi-year capture cycles
• Executive presence with senior government stakeholders; strong verbal and written communication, including proposals
• Preferred: experience selling against enterprise infrastructure vendors, familiarity with cloud, storage and hybrid infrastructure, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

What we offer

• Target OTE of 287,300 - 350,000 USD, depending on location, qualifications and experience
