Medical Doctor (MD) – Remote AI Evaluation (20+ hrs/week)

About the role

This remote, contract position is designed for board‑certified physicians or senior residents who want to apply their clinical expertise to cutting‑edge AI research. You will help shape the safety and accuracy of next‑generation medical AI by creating realistic patient scenarios and evaluating AI‑generated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient cases aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference answers that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Assess AI‑generated medical responses using structured criteria, focusing on diagnosis, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI output quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians, final‑year residents, or fellows with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
