Medical Doctor (MD) – Remote AI Evaluation (20+ hrs/week)

About the role

This remote contract position is for experienced physicians who want to apply their clinical expertise to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You will help shape the safety, accuracy, and reasoning of next‑generation AI systems by creating realistic patient scenarios and reviewing AI‑generated medical responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient scenarios based on your medical specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference responses that demonstrate attending‑level clinical reasoning.
• Evaluate AI‑generated medical responses using structured criteria, focusing on diagnosis, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI output quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians, final‑year residents, or recent graduates who are board‑eligible, with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
