Medical Doctor (MD) – Remote AI Evaluation – $130‑$300/hr

About the role

This remote, hourly contract invites board‑certified or board‑eligible physicians to apply their clinical expertise to cutting‑edge AI research. You will help shape the safety and accuracy of next‑generation medical AI by designing realistic patient scenarios and evaluating AI‑generated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Create clinically realistic prompts and patient cases aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference answers that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Assess AI‑generated medical responses using structured criteria, focusing on diagnosis, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI output quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluations.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents/fellows who are board‑eligible.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
