Medical Director – Primary Care (Adult Clinic)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our adult‑only primary care clinic in Louisiana. The position offers both part‑time and full‑time schedules, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for adult patients, including diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses.
• Oversee clinic operations, ensuring high‑quality, efficient care delivery.
• Supervise and mentor physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Participate in on‑site rounding and, eventually, hybrid work arrangements.

Required profile

• Board‑certified MD or DO in Primary Care or Family Medicine.
• Experience managing an adult‑only patient population.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts.
