About the role

Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates (CCPSA) is seeking a Medical Assistant to support Pulmonary and Sleep physicians and advanced practice providers in outpatient clinics across the Denver metro area. The role involves delivering safe, patient‑centered clinical services under direct supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, perform blood draws, injections, and clinical tasks such as spirometry and oxygen titration.
• Reconcile patient charts, manage orders and prior authorizations, handle prescription refill requests, and assist with scheduling.
• Answer phones, route calls, maintain clean exam rooms, and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Travel to other outpatient clinics as needed.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• At least 1 year of medical assisting experience; RMA or CMA preferred.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a patient‑centered focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
