Media & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Media & Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of global, multi‑channel media plans that translate brand strategy into actionable go‑to‑market briefs. Working closely with creative, digital, press, and timepieces teams, the role ensures that media initiatives meet or exceed departmental and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage global media strategies, from planning to ad layout, trafficking, validation, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison for media agencies, creating briefs and managing custom content and advertorials.
• Track campaign performance, optimise spend, and produce quarterly media spend and results reports, including website analytics.
• Maintain media software accuracy, process invoices, and manage budgets.
• Lead Go‑to‑Market campaign launch plans, timeline coordination, and post‑campaign recap decks.
• Distribute 360° campaign templates, visual guidelines, and assets to local markets and oversee local brief management.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in the luxury or cosmetics sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities with solid business acumen.
• Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• Creative problem‑solving and innovative thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
