MDU Sales Manager – DIRECTV

About the role

DSI is seeking a senior manager to lead its Multi‑Dwelling Unit (MDU) sales team for DIRECTV. You will design and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that drives DIRECTV subscriptions across existing MDU properties, while building strong relationships with property managers and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop best‑practice sales processes, training materials, and marketing tactics to boost DIRECTV adoption in MDU portfolios.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a national team of internal and external sales representatives.
• Engage property managers, site staff, and residents to promote DIRECTV offerings.
• Create and distribute product collateral such as welcome kits, door hangers, flyers, and digital resources.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on DIRECTV solutions within the MDU market.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record selling into the MDU space.
• Background in telecom, internet, mobility, security, or television sales.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
