About the role

Are you interested in a Full‑Time opportunity with Philips? This Operations Leadership Development Program offers MBA graduates hands‑on experience in a HealthTech environment across three U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagram and evaluate existing processes, develop metrics, and collect data to identify root causes.
• Measure performance against process requirements, align improvements, and survey best practices.
• Develop business cases, create executive‑level reporting, and lead projects in Operations and Supply Chain functions.

Required profile

• MBA (upcoming graduate) with a concentration in operations; background in engineering, operations, or supply chain.
• 3+ years of business experience; knowledge of medical products and markets a plus.
• Structured, process‑oriented work style; project‑management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and interact with middle, senior, and executive management.

• Base salary range $94,000–$168,000 annually (varies by location).
