Material Handler – Warehouse Operations (Contract)

About the role
Airbus is seeking a Contract Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Texas. The role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Receive vendor purchase orders, verify carton counts against airway bills, and record receipts in SAP.
- Stock parts using a handheld scanner following warehouse location rules.
- Pick delivery notes by priority using a handheld scanner.
- Pack shipments according to SAP priorities and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Ship materials based on customer requirements and prioritize workloads.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of related warehouse experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP for inventory and shipping processes.
- Computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
