About the role

A well‑established job‑shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is looking for a reliable Material Handler to support its first‑shift production team. The role involves moving raw materials and finished goods, keeping the shop organized, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing.
• Load, unload, and organize incoming materials.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently.

Required profile

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the production team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (training provided if needed).
