Production Associate

About the role

Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Production Associate to join its dairy manufacturing plant in Lancaster, Wisconsin. You will work on a rotating schedule across first, second and third shifts, helping to deliver safe, high‑quality cheese and butter to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a safe and quality dairy product in accordance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate to the appropriate team members.
• Apply training on HACCP, GMP, safety, manufacturing processes and loss‑control programs.
• Participate actively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis as required.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to tell time on analog or digital clocks.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with GMP standards.

• Starting pay of $28.08 per hour, increasing to $29.28 after three months.
• Shift premium of $1.75 per hour for night hours (6 pm–6 am).
