Master Data Specialist

About the role

The Master Data Specialist will maintain and update critical product information across multiple systems to support new product introductions and daily production activities. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Steward master data set‑ups for new products and components in multiple ERP/MRP systems.
• Manage and process change requests related to master data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures affecting all master data.
• Align with cross‑functional teams to validate accurate product set‑ups that trigger ERP/MRP workflows.
• Identify, design, and plan projects to improve data accuracy and integrity.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow data‑management skills.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a data‑focused role, operations support, or data entry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP/MRP system) preferred.
• Manufacturing experience, especially in the food industry, is a plus.
• Background in purchasing or production planning is beneficial.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
