Marketing Specialist – Integrated Campaigns & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing initiatives for Teq, a leading K-12 EdTech provider. Based at our Huntington, NY headquarters, you will use our CRM to design targeted campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and drive lead generation across the education market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Create high-impact demand-generation content and collaborate with team members to optimise campaigns for lead quality and conversion.
• Build and maintain targeted customer lists, manage the contact database, and ensure precise segmentation for outreach.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in K-12 education or EdTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the challenges facing schools and educators.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
