Marketing Program Manager

About the role

AZX is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to own the operational machinery behind all GTM programs and campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, solutions delivery and sales, ensuring programs run on schedule, are measured, and deliver qualified conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operating calendar for GTM programs, aligning product milestones, deployment timelines and sales priorities.
• Execute demand‑generation programs for a high‑value account universe, including content syndication, paid media, and AI search visibility audits.
• Oversee community and social channels on LinkedIn, Reddit and practitioner forums, handling content that resonates with technical audiences.
• Maintain campaign infrastructure and data hygiene in the CRM, ensuring reliable attribution and lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate funnel and pipeline processes across sales, marketing and customer teams, providing visibility into conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus); 2+ years managing multiple concurrent projects without direct reports.
• Proven demand‑generation and funnel‑management experience with a clear understanding of pipeline mechanics.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce acceptable) and modern GTM stack tools.
• Strong command of Asana or comparable work‑management platforms.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and escalating risks promptly.
