Growth Marketer

About the role

MotherDuck is building a cloud‑hosted version of DuckDB to make data warehousing fast and developer‑friendly. We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can blend creativity with technical expertise to drive user acquisition, activation and pipeline generation across paid, organic and lifecycle channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑funnel growth process, from audience definition and messaging to landing‑page optimisation and conversion.
• Design, launch and analyse experiments; set metrics, guardrails and sample sizes before shipping.
• Run conversion‑hacking initiatives on the website, webinars, social channels and re‑engagement campaigns.
• Build and manage automated agent workflows using tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Apollo and our marketing MCP.
• Scale audience testing with look‑alike, usage‑pattern and conversion‑pattern segments across Google, Meta and LinkedIn.

Required profile

• Data‑driven marketer comfortable working with large data sets and SQL.
• Proven experience running growth experiments in SaaS or data‑focused products.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to production while maintaining analytical rigor.

Required skills

• SQL for warehouse queries.
• Marketing automation platforms: HubSpot, Apollo, Clay.
• Paid‑media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• A/B testing and funnel analytics.
