Marketing Paid Consultant – GTM Launch & Sales Enablement

About the role

We are seeking experienced go‑to‑market and product marketing professionals to participate in a one‑time, paid, AI‑led video interview for our AI Marketplace project. The interview will be recorded and will focus on how you execute GTM launch planning, sales enablement, and related workflows in practice.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a ~30‑minute recorded interview explaining your real‑world approach.
• Describe building GTM launch plans, launch tiers, timelines, workstreams, and readiness criteria.
• Explain coordination across product, sales, marketing, support, leadership, and legal teams.
• Outline creation of enablement assets such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, demo scripts, and battlecards.
• Discuss field rollout, training, content discoverability, feedback loops, and retirement of stale assets.
• Walk through decision‑making on launch tiering, go/no‑go evidence, asset prioritisation, and approval requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, sales enablement, or launch management within a B2B or technology organization.
• Hands‑on experience in the workflows listed above.
• Proven ability to explain processes step‑by‑step with real‑world examples.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with HR, legal, finance, or other business stakeholders.
