About the role

You will lead YouTube Ads Marketing’s Strategic Growth Programs, shaping how advertisers engage with the platform. Your mission is to position YouTube as the top choice for brand presence by creating high‑impact, creator‑centric initiatives for C‑level audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute programs that drive platform adoption and brand innovation among CMOs and executive creative leaders.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Product, and Content teams to deliver seamless executive engagement models.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics, from stakeholder recruitment to post‑event impact measurement and reporting.
• Scale advisory boards, strategic workshops, and educational programs for B2B audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing, program management, or executive engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
• Experience within the media, advertising, or creator‑economy landscape.

• Base salary range $116,000 – $167,000 per year.
