About the role
Sotheby's International Realty is looking for a highly organized, client‑focused Marketing Manager to support its Palm Beach and Wellington brokerages. The role acts as a trusted marketing advisor, helping sales professionals leverage digital tools, platforms, and brand resources to grow their business and enhance the client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and day‑to‑day marketing support to agents and staff.
- Drive adoption of the Home Platform ecosystem across brokerages.
- Assist sales teams in using digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and brand assets.
- Oversee one direct report and coordinate with brokerage leadership, regional marketing, and corporate teams.
- Deliver high‑quality marketing support in a fast‑paced, luxury real‑estate environment.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑management skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Experience in luxury branding and real‑estate marketing.
