Marketing Manager – Knee Robotics

About the role

The Marketing Manager, Knee Robotics will lead upstream marketing for the VELYS™ Robotic‑Assisted Solution, shaping innovation strategy, technology roadmap and future product portfolio. This senior position combines clinical insight, market analysis and product development to drive new clinical applications from concept through commercialisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multigenerational product and technology roadmap aligned with customer, market and business needs.
• Identify unmet clinical demands, emerging technologies and market opportunities through voice‑of‑customer, technology scouting and market insights.
• Develop business cases, target product profiles and investment recommendations to guide portfolio decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional innovation programmes for new clinical applications, partnering with R&D, Advanced Technology, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
• Engage and manage surgeon teams, advisory boards and key opinion leaders to ensure alignment and successful product launch.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, strategy or innovation within medical devices, orthopaedics (knee arthroplasty expertise required) and robotics or surgical navigation.
• Proven ability to lead complex, matrix‑ed projects from concept to commercialisation and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
