Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand plan for a high‑growth healthcare portfolio. You will shape brand strategy, craft compelling messaging, and drive promotional activities that align with market needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of the annual brand plan, including strategic imperatives, key initiatives, and tactical execution.
• Develop and launch brand messaging and promotional campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders.
• Oversee agency relationships, MLR review processes, and budget management for all promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and adjust strategies proactively.
• Partner with Sales and Training teams to build tools and resources for field and inside‑sales execution.
• Evaluate inside‑sales effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategic adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience, with at least 7 years in commercial roles within pharma, biotech, or medical device companies.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort working with performance metrics and market data.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across a highly matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with strong project‑management abilities.
